Default Ford CSI

Who's pay plans are directly affected by CSI scores?

Chrysler Dodge Jeep here -- we don't tie any part of any department's pay plan to CSI. However, year-to-date advisor/salesperson CSI is required to be at or above Business Center average for our Christmas bonuses.

My monthly pay is directly affected by CSI, and a question I have absolutely NO control over. Ford asks about their (customers) level of engagement by asking "Do you tell others about your Ford Dealer". If the customer doesn't check "All the time" I have a less than acceptable score. The things I can control and even a few I have very limited control over can all be perfect, but if that customer doesn't tell EVERYONE all the time about how great his Ford dealership is, I loose.

Wow. I didn't go into a whole lot of detail before, but the question that we look at for holiday bonuses is the 'highest impact' question -- overall satisfaction with sales/service consultant.

We've decided that among the questions on the Chrysler survey that one is the easiest to measure someones CSI vs. the zone.

Our sales men and writer are affected directly with this. If you are below a 90% csi you looks half you unit bonus for sales and half you bonus for the writers in service. Also sales manager loose a part of there bonus if the store is under the region. Some times not fair because we all know there are those customers who just cannot be please.

WOW.....screw with a guys "HOLIDAY" bonus. What a great way to foster loyalty to the dealership during the Christmas season!

I have never understood dealers that can't see the basic negative effects a very simple thing will have.

But then again I'm not a dealer anymore.
