Default how to add initial inventory to reynolds?

I was told reynolds would add my initial inventory if I sent over an excel list, I did but now they say they will charge us a huge fee to do it so I have to do it myself. What's the best way to add it to reynolds? I thought 2378 transfer physical inventory might be the way but it won't pull anything up. we have nothing on the inventory for reynolds as of now, I just counted it all and put it on an excel list but don't know the best way to initially add it to reynolds so we can get up and going? any help would be appreciated, I am needing to get it added immediately pretty much, thanks guys.
