Another dealership SOLD in TX
We have recently closed on the sale of two dealerships in Kingsville, Texas. The Nissan and Ford dealerships were operated by Mr. Eddie Yaklin and his son Justin.
The buyer was Hank Sames (Sames Auto Group). Congratulations on another successful transaction for Performance Brokerage Services. It was interesting to read the testimonial from Mr. Yaklin who initially was looking to buy a store but ended up selling his dealership instead - after receiving three offers in just one week. Congratulations to Mr. Yaklin and his son on the sale of their dealership and much success to Mr. Sames on his new venture. |
