Ron Rosner Toyota Sold in Virginia
We are announcing the sale of a large transaction we have recently facilitated in Virginia.
Vincent Sheehy, IV of Sheehy Auto Stores in VA and MD has completed the acquisition of two very high volume Toyota dealerships in Stafford and Fredericksburg, located in Virginia. The latest acquisitions increases Sheehy Auto Stores' portfolio to 24 dealerships. The seller was Mr. Ron Rosner. These transactions were exclusively facilitated by Performance Brokerage Services. Congratulations on another successful transaction for Performance Brokerage Services. It was interesting to read the testimonial from Mr. Sheehy - I can imagine there are a lot of complexities that arise when you try to broker a deal that involves multiple locations. Congratulations to Mr. Rosner on the sale of his two stores and much success to Mr. Vincent Sheehy, IV on the latest additions to the Sheehy Auto Stores' portfolio of 24 dealerships. |
