Incentive Contest for the summer.

Trying to create an incentive base program for the 3rd qtr. I'm a Parts Mgr at a Mercedes Benz dealership looking for Ideas to create a fun contest for the parts employees. Any ideas.
We current have 4 counterman and a shipping clerk. Please let me know your thoughts.

A good contest that we have done before is a corkboard with balloons attached. Inside the balloons are notes of paper with various dollar amounts from 25 to 100 bucks. (you can do whatever dollar amount you prefer)

Once the employee reached a goal, he gets to throw a dart at the board. If he/she reaches multiple goals, they get to throw more darts.

I was going to be VERY short on tires this month, and 3% plus the bump is pretty good money (more than I make on the tire sale itself), so I had the GSM send an email to all employees. Talked the SM into doing the M&B at cost ($15), and we sent out this email.

My birthday is coming up and YOU get the gifts!

From today until the end of June, I’ll sell you tires at COST, and David will lower the mount and balance to ONLY $15 (Normally $30)
This is only for Employee owned vehicles, the vehicle must be in your name or your spouse or a dependent child.

There are some tire rebates available from certain tire manufactures so you would end up getting tires UNDER cost.

Goodyear up to $80 rebate on select tires
Pirelli $60 rebate
Firestone $60 rebate
General Up to $70 rebate
BF Goodrich $50 rebate
Michelin $70 rebate

We hit the goal in 5 days, and still have orders on hold.
