We are announcing the sale of a large transaction we have recently facilitated in Virginia.

Vincent Sheehy, IV of Sheehy Auto Stores in VA and MD has completed the acquisition of two very high volume Toyota dealerships in Stafford and Fredericksburg, located in Virginia.

The latest acquisitions increases Sheehy Auto Stores' portfolio to 24 dealerships.

The seller was Mr. Ron Rosner.

We have recently closed on the sale of the Nissan dealership in Brunswick, Georgia.

The seller was Mr. Don Jenkins of Don Jenkins Auto Group.

The buyer was Carl Atkinson of the Greenway Auto Group which now has in its portfolio 32 dealerships in Florida, China, Texas, Georgia, Alabama and Tennesse

The new name will be Nissan of Brunswick.

We wish Mr. Atkinson the best of luck with his latest acquisition.

The seller was Mr. Dave Moore.

We are proudly announcing the sale of the highly respected Wilson Motors in Bellingham, WA.

After several decades of ownership, Mr. Rick Wilson sold his Mercedes Benz and Toyota dealerships to Mr. Al Monjazeb.

Performance Brokerage Services facilitated the transaction. What a pleasure it was to work with these two gentlemen.

Rick Wilson has retired. Al Monjazeb who owns several dealerships in Washington and California will undoubtedly carry on Rick's legacy in town.

We have recently closed on the sale of Electric City Kia dealership located in Blakely, Pennsylvania.

The seller was Mr. Greg Gagorik.

The dealership was sold to the Matthews Auto Group which operates five other dealerships in New York State.

We have recently closed on the sale of several franchises in Sullivan, Indiana.

The new name of the dealerships will be Sullivan Automotive Group. The franchises that were sold included: Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and the 4-pack of Chrysler.

The buyer was Mr. Chuck Piano.

Although we represented the seller in this transaction, as we always thrive to a win-win transaction, we asked the buyer to comment about his experience while working with us. The following are the buyer’s comments post-closing:

We have recently closed on the sale of the 4-pack Chrysler in Laramie, Wyoming, doing business as Adventure Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The dealership was owned and operated by Mr. Steve Marshall.

The buyer was Mr. Joshua Griffin.

This transaction marks our fifth transaction with Mr. Griffin and I would like to take the opportunity and proudly share with the readers his comments post-closing:
