Chrysler Dealers - How many days from Order to Delivery?
Chrysler Dealers - How many days from Order to Delivery? In a recent post one of our members shared a comment he heard indicating the current time between the date a vehicle is ordered on DealerConnect and its arrival at the dealership is 93 days. For a company that builds the majority of their vehicles in North America I think that's a shocking figure. How are the dealers expected to manage their inventory if it takes 93 days for a vehicle to arrive once it's been ordered? Chrysler's promised to improve their performance by making changes to their allocation system. I'm not sure that's 100% of the problem. What is the average number of days from Order to Delivery for your store? Please take our confidential poll and share your results. |

They need to get rid of the Jacklegs hauling the product & get a real freight carrier.
Our destination charges sure didn’t go down. Maybe their margin initially went up. But by the time they are hit w/ all the damage claims & the slowdown in sales they’ve saved a nickel & lost a dollar. |

My answer would be misleading, since the town was closed almost three weeks because of the tornado, but I have had some show up in 45 days and some way over 90...

It seems like getting vehicles transported to the dealerships has been an issue for the Chrysler dealers for the past couple of years and it hasn't improved. |

The last few wrangler I ordered were 5-6weeks! It seemed quick compared to the past!
